Our Mission

To develop speed, strength, endurance, agility, and discipline in youth athletes interested in succeeding in track and field activities.

Sprinting
Sprinters train to run 100m, 200m, and 400m mid-sprint in record times. Our best also compete in 80m, 100m, and 110m hurdles.

Long Distance
Long distance runners compete in 800m, 1500m, and 3000m race. We also train for the 1500m and 3000m Race Walk.

Our throwers show great strength in throwing mini-javelin, aero-javelin, discus, and shot put.
